Hi, I’m Julia Wooster, a Certified Hypnotist in London, Ontario. If you’ve been trying to change something—like a stubborn habit, a fear, or just the way you feel about yourself—but nothing seems to work for long, you’re not alone. And you’re definitely in the right place.

I help people get to the root of what’s driving the habit or feeling that’s been holding them back. Whether it’s nail biting, hair pulling, unwanted fears, or behaviours that feel out of your control, hypnosis can help rewrite the story your mind has been repeating.

I Know How Frustrating It Feels

For years, I bit my nails. I tried everything—bad-tasting polish, gloves, promises—but the results never lasted. I’d stop for a bit when I needed to look “put together,” like for a job interview… but as soon as the pressure passed, I was right back at it.

Eventually, I hit a point where I didn’t just want to stop—I had to. That’s when I found hypnosis. The hypnotist I worked with understood what I was going through and helped me finally stop. For the first time in my life, I felt like I was truly in control of my own hands—and my own mind.

That experience changed everything. It’s what inspired me to become a hypnotist myself.

Why I Do This Work

Since becoming certified in 2013 through the National Guild of Hypnotists, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life who are ready to let go of habits, stress, and old stories that no longer serve them.

I specialize in helping people stop nail biting—because I’ve been through it. But I also work with anyone who’s ready to feel calmer, more confident, and free from patterns that feel like they’re running the show.

Every session is designed just for you. I use your words, your goals, and what you’re really feeling underneath the surface to create a session that speaks your subconscious mind’s language—so change comes from within.

We meet online (or in-person if you’re in the London area), and your session is recorded so you can keep reinforcing the shifts we create together.
