After more than a decade of helping people break free from old habits and discover what they’re truly capable of, I’ve decided it’s time to retire.

I’ll officially be retired on December 31st, just in time to welcome a new year — and a new beginning. Over the next few weeks, I’ll be wrapping up my work with existing clients and taking time to reflect with deep gratitude on this chapter that has meant so much to me.

My heart is full of appreciation for everyone I’ve had the privilege to work with — for the stories you’ve shared, the courage you’ve shown, and the amazing changes I’ve been lucky enough to witness.

This work has been one of the greatest joys of my life, and I’m so thankful to have played even a small part in your journey toward confidence, calm, and self-trust.

As I begin this next chapter, I’m looking forward to focusing on my writing, practicing self-Reiki while meditating by my pond, and enjoying more time with my husband and our dogs. It feels like a peaceful return to everything that fills my heart — reflection, creativity, and the simple beauty of being present.

With love, Julia
